The Toronto Blue Jays had an impressive goal to be the new industry standard in training facilities for Major League Baseball.  This led to the impressive construction project ultimately called the Player Development Center.  Located in Dunedin, FL, and opened in 2021, the spring training home of the Blue Jays features office space to house all of their employees.  For the players, the complex features 4 locker rooms (3 minor league, 1 major league) 6 fields, covered cages and infields and also an indoor/outdoor weight room.  Lots of unique art that honors the Blue Jays past as well as their future gives their facility a truly unique and storied feel.
